This is what <i>La Vangardia<\/i> revealed last year (2016).<\/p>\n<p>According to internal documents the Soros Foundation provided:<br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"puce\" src=\"http:\/\/www.voltairenet.org\/local\/cache-vignettes\/L9xH11\/puce-cebf5.gif\" alt=\"-\" width=\"9\" height=\"11\" \/>\u00a027,049 dollars to the Consell de Diplom\u00e0cia P\u00fablica de Catalunya (Catalonia\u2019s Council for Public Diplomacy in Catalonia), an organization that Catalonia\u2019s Generalitat [Translator\u2019s note: this is the institutional framework for Catalonia\u2019s independence] established with different private partners; and &#8211; 24 973 dollars to the Centre d\u2019Informaci\u00f3 i Documentaci\u00f3 Internacionals a Barcelona (the Barcelona Centre for International Information and Documentation, which we will call \u201cBCIID\u201d). BCIID is an independent think tank.<\/p>\n<p>The BCIID is playing the role of the Premier Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs for the \u201cGeneralitat of Catalonia\u201d.
