Ο Τζάρεντ Κούσνερ και οι συνάδελφοί του επενδυτές αγοράζουν ένα νησί 1400 εκταρίων για 1,4 δισεκατομμύρια δολάρια στην Αλβανία που ονομάζεται Σάζαν. Αυτή είναι η θαλάσσια πύλη μεταξύ της Αδριατικής και της Μεσογείου.
Η σύζυγος του Τζάρεντ, Ιβάνκα Τραμπ, ισχυρίστηκε σε συνέντευξή της ότι σχεδιάζουν να κατασκευάσουν ένα ιδιωτικό πολυτελές θέρετρο και ότι τυχαία έπεσαν πάνω σε αυτό το νησί ενώ βρίσκονταν σε ένα ταξίδι με γιοτ. Αλήθεια; Σοβαρά;
Να, όμως, τι δεν σας λένε:
–Η συμφωνία έγινε με μεσολάβηση των Ρότσιλντ!!!
-Το 2021, ο Τζάρεντ Κούσνερ και η Ιβάνκα Τραμπ βρίσκονταν σε ένα ταξίδι με γιοτ που φιλοξενήθηκε από τον Ναθάνιελ Ρότσιλντ, όπου συνάντησαν για πρώτη φορά τον Αλβανό πρόεδρο, Έντι Ράμα. Έπλεαν κατά μήκος των αλβανικών ακτών.
–Γιατί, όμως, αυτό το συγκεκριμένο νησί; Λοιπόν, τυχαίνει να έχει 3600 πυρηνικά καταφύγια. Έχει 16 χιλιόμετρα σηράγγων με σταθμούς σύνδεσης υποβρυχίων. Δείτε το παρακάτω βίντεο όπου μπορείτε να δείτε μερικές από τις σήραγγες και τα καταφύγια.
-Κοιτάξτε τον παρακάτω χάρτη που δείχνει την απέναντι ακτή από τις ακτές της Αλβανίας…
–Οι Ισραηλινοί αγοράζουν γη στην Ιταλία. Στην Απουλία, η οποία βρίσκεται ακριβώς απέναντι από τις αλβανικές ακτές. Κάποιοι λένε ότι αυτό θα γίνει ένα νέο στενό στα χέρια των Σιωνιστών. Κάτι σαν στενό του Ορμούζ! Θα τους καταβάλλονται διόδια εκεί!
–Αυτό που εκτυλίσσεται εδώ είναι ότι αυτοί οι Εβραίοι μπαίνουν στον πειρασμό να δημιουργήσουν μια εναλλακτική λύση στο ρωσικό φυσικό αέριο, δημιουργώντας μια θαλάσσια διαδρομή για τη μεταφορά φυσικού αερίου από οπουδήποτε στη Μέση Ανατολή μέσω του Ισραήλ και στην Ευρώπη!

Η ελληνική κυβέρνηση ζητά να διακοπεί η δημόσια πρόσβαση για τους κατοίκους της πόλης για υποτιθέμενους «στρατηγικούς λόγους».

Οι υποστηρικτές το αποκαλούν ανάπτυξη· οι επικριτές το αποκαλούν το τελευταίο κεφάλαιο στην εμπορευματοποίηση της ακτογραμμής της Ελλάδας….

Μια αυξανόμενη διαμάχη εκτυλίσσεται στην πόλη της Καλαμάτας, όπου μια προτεινόμενη τουριστική ανάπτυξη ύψους 136,5 εκατομμυρίων ευρώ, η οποία υποστηρίζεται από το Ισραήλ, έχει πυροδοτήσει μια έντονη συζήτηση σχετικά με το μέλλον του δυτικού παραλιακού μετώπου της πόλης. Τα σχέδια περιλαμβάνουν ένα πεντάστερο ξενοδοχείο με 140 δωμάτια, 248 πολυτελείς κατοικίες, εστιατόρια, εγκαταστάσεις ευεξίας, αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις, εμπορικούς χώρους και εκτεταμένες ψυχαγωγικές υποδομές. Οι προγραμματιστές επιδιώκουν την ταξινόμηση ως «Στρατηγική Επένδυση», η οποία θα επέτρεπε έγκαιρες εγκρίσεις και ειδικές διατάξεις σχετικά με τη χρήση ακτογραμμών και παραλιών.
Οι αντίπαλοι του έργου υποστηρίζουν ότι το ζήτημα υπερβαίνει κατά πολύ την τουριστική ανάπτυξη. Η ανησυχία τους επικεντρώνεται στη σταδιακή ιδιωτικοποίηση της ακτογραμμής της Ελλάδας μέσω πολυτελών θέρετρων, περιφραγμένων κοινοτήτων και αναπτύξεων δεύτερης κατοικίας που απευθύνονται κυρίως σε ξένους αγοραστές. Το γεγονός ότι ο φάκελος επενδύσεων φέρεται να περιλαμβάνει αιτήματα για χρήση αιγιαλού και παραθαλάσσιων ζωνών έχει εντείνει τους φόβους των κατοίκων ότι η δημόσια πρόσβαση σε τμήματα της προκυμαίας θα μπορούσε τελικά να περιοριστεί, ακόμη και αν προστατεύεται τυπικά από την ελληνική νομοθεσία. Οι επικριτές περιγράφουν το έργο ως μέρος μιας ευρύτερης τάσης στην οποία οι τοπικές κοινότητες χάνουν τον έλεγχο επί των πρωταρχικών παράκτιων περιουσιακών στοιχείων, ενώ οι πολυεθνικοί επενδυτές και οι πλούσιοι ξένοι αγοραστές αποκτούν αυξανόμενη επιρροή.
Οι υποστηρικτές αντιτείνουν ότι η Καλαμάτα έχει αναδειχθεί ως ένας από τους ταχύτερα αναπτυσσόμενους τουριστικούς προορισμούς της Ελλάδας και ότι οι μεγάλης κλίμακας επενδύσεις είναι απαραίτητες για να ανταγωνιστεί άλλες μεσογειακές περιοχές θέρετρων. Επισημαίνουν την αναμενόμενη δημιουργία μόνιμων θέσεων εργασίας, πρόσθετες θέσεις εργασίας στον κατασκευαστικό τομέα, αυξημένα φορολογικά έσοδα και την προσέλκυση επισκεπτών με υψηλές δαπάνες. Σύμφωνα με την επενδυτική πρόταση, αναμένεται να δημιουργηθούν τουλάχιστον 75 μόνιμες θέσεις πλήρους απασχόλησης, ενώ η ανάπτυξη θα μπορούσε να αυξήσει σημαντικά το διεθνές προφίλ τόσο της Καλαμάτας όσο και της ευρύτερης περιοχής της Μεσσηνίας.
Η διαμάχη αντικατοπτρίζει μια ευρύτερη εθνική συζήτηση που λαμβάνει χώρα σε όλη την Ελλάδα. Από τις Κυκλάδες μέχρι την Κρήτη και την Πελοπόννησο, οι τοπικές κοινότητες αμφισβητούν ολοένα και περισσότερο εάν τα μεγάλα έργα που χρηματοδοτούνται από το εξωτερικό αντιπροσωπεύουν βιώσιμη ανάπτυξη ή μια σταδιακή μεταφορά στρατηγικών παράκτιων περιουσιακών στοιχείων μακριά από την τοπική ιδιοκτησία. Για πολλούς κατοίκους της Καλαμάτας, το κεντρικό ερώτημα δεν είναι εάν οι επενδύσεις είναι ευπρόσδεκτες, αλλά εάν η οικονομική ανάπτυξη μπορεί να επιτευχθεί χωρίς να θυσιαστεί η δημόσια πρόσβαση, ο τοπικός χαρακτήρας και ο μακροπρόθεσμος έλεγχος της παραλιακής ζώνης της πόλης.

Αυτό που συμβαίνει, όμως, στην Αλβανία από την πλευρά του Τζάρεντ Κούσνερ και των συνεπενδυτών ΔΕΝ είναι απλώς μια εξαγορά θέρετρου. Δεν είναι τίποτα περισσότερο από μια στρατιωτική εξαγορά! Οι Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες και το ΝΑΤΟ χρειάζονται πρόσβαση στη Μεσόγειο Θάλασσα! Η Μεσόγειος είναι μια εξαιρετικά σημαντική τακτική τοποθεσία για να μπορέσουν οι Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες να έχουν πρόσβαση στη Μεσόγειο.
Η κεντρική θέση της Μεσογείου της δίνει τη δυνατότητα να αναπτύσσει στρατεύματα σε μια στιγμή, όχι μόνο στην Ευρώπη, αλλά και στην Αφρική και τη δυτική Ασία πολύ εύκολα!
Αυτό το νησί στις ακτές της Αλβανίας, το Σαζάν, υπήρξε για αιώνες στρατιωτική βάση. Όποιος ελέγχει αυτό το νησί ελέγχει την κυκλοφορία που εισέρχεται και εξέρχεται από την Αδριατική Θάλασσα.
