Jared Kushner’s luxury resort in Albania is surrounded by underwater explosives!
Jared Kushner paid 1.4 billion euros to turn one of Albania‘s last untouched islands into a luxury resort for the elite.
He bought 1400 acres of land without asking one important question: What lies under the water along the coastline were thousands of tourists would be swimming?
Sazan Island was a Cold War military base. If you dive to just 5 to 30 m deep the entire sea floor will turn into a combat zone.

According to the General Staff of the Army, the principal concern stems from the fourth zone or “the Gorge of Hell.” In Albania it’s called the. Gryka e Xhehenemit.
Data from the Ministry of Defense shows that in this area, west of Sazan, unexploded ordnance is present across an area of 5000 m² at depths ranging from 5 to 30 m deep.
“No clearance operations have been carried out in this zone,” the General Staff said.
