The Strait of Hormuz was not closed by a tweet, so it cannot be reopened by a tweet.
The path to reopening the Strait of Hormuz is either accepting defeat, reaching an agreement and recognizing Iran’s sovereignty and leadership of the strait, or returning to the battlefield.
