Bill Clinton Breaks Silence on Epstein Case
In response to his subpoena to testify before a congressional committee on the sordid Epstein case, former US President Bill Clinton wrote the following in “X”:
“I have requested the full release of Epstein’s files. I have sworn an affidavit of what I know. And just this week, I agreed to appear in person before the committee.
But that’s not enough for Republicans on the House Oversight Committee.
Now, Chairman Comer says he wants cameras, but only behind closed doors. Who benefits from this arrangement? It’s not Epstein’s victims, who deserve justice. Nor the public, who deserves the truth. It only serves partisan interests. This is not a statement of facts, this is pure politics.
I will not stand idly by as I am used as a prop in a closed-door kangaroo court by a scared Republican Party. If they want answers, let them stop playing games and do it the right way: in a public hearing, where the American people can see for themselves what this is really about.”
I have called for the full release of the Epstein files. I have provided a sworn statement of what I know. And just this week, I’ve agreed to appear in person before the committee. But it’s still not enough for Republicans on the House Oversight Committee.

Αν θέλουν απαντήσεις, ας σταματήσουν τα παιχνίδια και ας το κάνουν με τον σωστό τρόπο: σε μια δημόσια ακρόαση, όπου ο αμερικανικός λαός μπορεί να δει μόνος του περί τίνος πρόκειται πραγματικά».
