Last week Zeee Media did an interview with Todd Callender. They talked about the WHO Pandemic Treaty, monkeypox, the global militarization of healthcare, the OECD’s control of countries around the world and what we can do to end it all.

The world finally got a chance to see behind the curtain and now we’re on our last legs, Callender told Zeee Media host Maria Zeee. This is our last chance to stand up to our governments and stop this.

Todd Callender is an American attorney. He has worked in the disability, health and life insurance industries for more than 20 years, focusing on the international convergence of biomedical, morbidity and mortality risks in the global legal context. He is currently lead plaintiff in an ongoing federal litigation related to mandatory Covid vaccination for members of the US military.

In the video above, Callender explained to Zeee that what concerned him most about the WHO’s recent monkeypox declaration was the use of its “magic” legal words: “Public health emergency of international concern.”

Callender conducted a word search in the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 and proposed legislation for 2023, using the search term “public health”. The term appears throughout the document, and “if you dig a little deeper, you find that responsibility for public health actually rests with the US Department of Defense, namely the Defense Health Agency. And what I didn’t know, we have a Public Health Security Agency in the US armed forces — in fact, there are already 6,000 officers there, that’s a uniformed position,” Callender said.

The National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022, which sets the US Department of Defense budget, references emergency powers, the Public Health Security Agency, and a Global Health Security Agency. “Essentially, the public health function is being spun off from the Ministry of Health. [While the Department of Health remains involved, it is now controlled by the Department of Defense and specifically the Defense Health Security Agency. So this is a militarization of public health,” Callender explained.

Ever since “Tedros the Terrorist” Adhanom Gebreyesus, contrary to WHO advisers, declared that monkeypox was an international public health emergency, we know they will use the international pandemic treaty, so every country is contractually bound to do the same . Callender explained why Tedros ignored his advisors and made the statement:

“The United States’ emergency powers expired in July of this year. They had to make that declaration because in order to uphold the suspension of our Constitution, the suspension of our human rights — that’s what these declarations do — they had to have a new one.”

Global tyranny continues, according to Callender, and now we are moving towards military-medical martial law.

The legal implications of imposing martial law vary across jurisdictions, but generally involve a suspension of normal civil rights and the extension of military jurisdiction or military law to civilians. Even if a state of war is theoretically only temporary, in fact it can last indefinitely.

Countries have not declared martial law in terms of any specific legal declaration, but since the start of the Covid era, the restrictions imposed on the population have shown that martial law is in effect.

“Our human rights, our fundamental rights and our constitutional rights have been overridden. You can see that in the way we were all treated: we were locked up in our homes, it’s called deprivation of liberty; we have been denied due process; we were denied access to courts; we were denied everything and we were beaten up by the police. I’m sorry, but what would you call that other than marriage law,” Callender said.

When Secretary Austin demanded that the experimental Covid injections be made available to all military personnel without exception, he authorized the use of force, Callender said, and it was not an accident:

“The only reason we were able to stop him was because they were experimental syringes. What happens the next time all mRNA syringes are actually approved (that’s what the FDA said)? Then there is no holding back. They will be mandatory and the military will have the power to do so.

“And if you look at the HHS budget, you’ll see that the goal of the exercise is to improve public health anywhere in the world within 36 hours.”

In May, the World Health Organization (WHO) discussed the proposed Global Pandemic Treaty at the 75th World Health Assembly. “The member states went there to capitulate and give up their national sovereignty,” Callender said, “in fact they had already done so when they joined the WHO in 1948 — they all pledged to abide by whatever the WHO would draw up.” Only the US had one caveat: provided it was constitutional. “I think that’s been abandoned, too,” Callender said.

In short, the WHO Director-General can even find a suspicious cold if he wants, in any part of the planet, and all member states must support this, Callender explained:

“If this were in Timbuktu, the US military would have an equally obligation to the people of Timbuktu to handle this in accordance with WHO guidance. So it is an omnipotent power.

“They have now taken control of the entire planet through public health with mandatory policies [and] with all the financial means and military might behind it.”

They are really taking steps to militarize public health around the world, using whatever military is available at the moment.

Data collection by WHO and OECD

The WHO Pandemic Contract mentions that data sharing between governments and industry is a foundation of their governance plan. The WHO has a Telecommunications and Information Systems Division whose job it is to share this data around the world.

“Don’t you find it strange that telecommunications in particular is mentioned as an important player? These are the same people who are rolling out 5G around the world. These are the same people who draft the missing compliance policies and procedures for everyone’s immunization records. All of this is being pushed forward by WHO under urgent circumstances because there is an emergency. There’s always an emergency. There will always be an emergency.”

The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (“OECD”), the tax and financial policy arm of the United Nations, has already harmonized tax codes, medical codes and trade codes of all countries.

“It’s already been done and they have a gigantic information matrix called the ‘Common Reporting Standard’ where all private information relating to anything of value – accounts, stocks, bonds, whatever – is now stored by the OECD . And it controls tax and financial policy.

“On January 1, 2016, all member states ceded their sovereignty over their fiscal and fiscal policies to the OECD… [In each member country] the ‘competent authority’ [ ] is the OECD’s delegate. This is the one who runs the country. Our prime ministers mean nothing more than a kind of public facade. The real power is already there. WHO is only responsible for our biological facilities. But the OECD is already in control of everyone’s money, everyone’s resources.”

What can we do to stop it?

The world finally had a chance to see behind the curtain. We are on the last trains. This is our last chance to stand up to our governments and stop them. So what can be done?

“We have the ability to get up and out on all things that aren’t local. Without law enforcement there is no law. So we need to be able to get the people in uniform, be it military, police or even low level government, to all things local, to co-opt them to understand them. There is no escape. You cannot flee to another country. There’s nowhere to go – 196 countries agreed to that…they agreed to kill us…the short answer is we’re too many for them to control us at the top.”

Update on the WHO Global Pandemic Treaty

The Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (“INB”) has just concluded its second session in Geneva to discuss the so-called “Pandemic Treaty”.

WHO prepared a working draft of the treaty, which was discussed by member states in Geneva.

The project “recognises the central role of WHO in pandemic prevention, preparedness and response as an international steering and coordinating body that collects and develops scientific knowledge”.

The discussion about whether the contract should be binding or non-binding was not made public by the INB.

By November 2022, the INB office will prepare another draft based on additional input from Member States, and then official negotiations will begin.

According to the assumptions of the INB, the contract should be adopted by the end of May 2024.
