Peoples fundamental rights are not to be limited or abridged even in the event of a national emergency.
Canadian officials are now admitting that they have failed to demonstrably justify their infringements on Canadians freedoms.
In section 8 of the same Act it states everyone has the right to be protected from unreasonable searches and seizures. For example, this is like ordinary people demanding your medical information at the entrance of a sports stadium or of a bar or a restaurant. What legal authority do they have to demand that information from the citizens?
Everyone has the right to not be arbitrarily detained or imprisoned. So when he first heard about the isolation facilities in Saskatchewan, we became very concerned.
Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to equal protection and equal benefit under the law without discrimination.
In section 52 it clearly states the constitution is the supreme law of Canada.
I cannot be compliant and complicit with federal policies and regulations that I sincerely believe to be unlawful by every measure.
It is certainly not the case that the official narrative has demonstrably justified a gigantic overreach into the fundamental freedoms of every citizen of this country Canada.
As law enforcement officials of Canada we investigate offenses. I can’t help but think about the intimidation against doctors and the knowingly withholding life-saving treatment from thousands of Canadians and millions of people globally.
During a pandemic we are to help and assist our citizens but during the Covid pandemic. We did the opposite; we arrested and intimidated them.
During Covid we were forced to carry out unlawful orders like remove children from their homes to satisfy a government conformity initiative. How about the registration in internment of Japanese Canadians during World War II? We are not immune to the stains of history and I fear we may be repeating past mistakes.
In the title of our letter entitled “A Call to Action” to Commissioner Lucky, we have asked her to direct investigators to determine if any criminal acts up and committed in the dissemination of information from federal and provincial health authorities and public officials in positions of trust, thereby putting Canadian lives at risk.
