Former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld Dies at 88
Key architect of the disastrous Iraq War passed away in his home, according to his family.

Former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld died on Wednesday at 88 years old, his family announced.
Rumself, who served as Secretary of Defense under former President George W. Bush, played a central role in the Iraq and Afghanistan invasion in 2003 and helped craft the false “weapons of mass destruction” narrative for the Iraq War.
When questioned in 2002 over the lack of evidence linking Iraq to supposed “WMDs”, Rumsfeld offered this now-infamous quote:
“There are known knowns, things we know that we know; and there are known unknowns, things that we know we don’t know. But there are also unknown unknowns, things we do not know we don’t know.”
Rumsfeld also served as Defense Secretary under former Republican President Gerald Ford.
During this period, former Secretary of State and notorious globalist Henry Kissinger once called him “a special Washington phenomenon: the skilled full-time politician-bureaucrat in whom ambition, ability, and substance fuse seamlessly.”
The esteemed neocon was also a White House chief of staff, U.S. ambassador to NATO, director of the Office of Economic Opportunity, and three-term congressman for Illinois.
