He obviously does so by insinuating that the perpetrators are the Chinese in what may appear to be a “false-flag” like the 2018 Syrian chemical attack on Douma which was not launched by the Damascus army but organized by the notorious White Helmets and jihadists Al Nusra, with videos of fake wounded in hospitals and tied children really killed by chlorine injuries.

The first Italian infected with CoronaVirus is hospitalized at the National Institute for Infectious Diseases Lazzaro Spallanzani in Rome. He is 29 years old, he is originally from Luzzara (Emilia Romagna) and is a researcher in the United States. The report by the prestigious university researchers was an indirect confirmation of the investigation by Bulgarian journalist Dilyana Gaytandzhieva on biological weapons for mass extermination, focused on the Pentagon’s experiments on “mosquitos” but containing a whole paragraph dedicated precisely to ethnic bio-weapons.

The Bio-safety Level 3 Laboratory is accessible only to US citizens with security clearance. They are accorded diplomatic immunity under the 2002 US-Georgia Agreement on defense cooperation» reads on the report.
«The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has outsourced much of the work under the military program to private companies, which are not held accountable to Congress, and which can operate more freely and move around the rule of law. US civilian personnel performing work at The Lugar Center have also been given diplomatic immunity, although they are not diplomats. Hence, private companies can perform work, under diplomatic cover, for the US government without being under the direct control of the host state – in this case, the Republic of Georgia. Professor Lord Martin Rees, Astronomer Royal and co-founder of CSER (Center for the Study of Existential Risk of Cambridge University), said o The Telegraph: «Global problems require global solutions. But countries must also act individually. Without action, these catastrophic risks will only grow over time, whether it be on climate change, eco-threats, synthetic biology or cyber. Governments have a responsibility to act, both to minimize the risk of such events, and to make plans to cope with a catastrophe if it occurred».
PENTAGON’S BIOGENETIC WEAPONS AND VIRUS BIO-ENGINEERING

«The Pentagon Bio-WeaponsDARPA wants to insert an additional 47th artificial chromosome into human cells. This chromosome will deliver new genes that will be used for engineering the human body. SynPloid Biotek LLC has been awarded two contracts under the program totaling $1.1 million (2015-2016 – $ 100,600 for the first phase of the research; 2015-2017 – $ 999,300 for work which is not specified in the federal contracts registry. The company has only two employees and no previous record on bio-research».

The first country in the world to suspect a bio-weapon behind the 2019-nCoV coronavirus epidemic in China is North Korea. The country has closed its borders, canceled an underground atomic test and decreed general mobilization. So far, no Chinese media has raised the thesis on the bioarm, although the topic is raging in the ruling circles of the Chinese Communist Party and officers of the People’s Liberation Army of China» adds Strategika.
CORONA VIRUS PATENT FOR CHICKENS ONLY
Among the so-called “fake news” conspiracy theorists that spread just after the epidemic, which then became a pandemic with the global emergency declared by the World Health Organization, also entered the research on the CoronaVirus patented by the Pirbright Institute. The Pirbright Institute patent, according to the Associated Press, relates to two viruses that are part of the coronavirus family: one related to avian infectious bronchitis, which infects poultry, and the swine delta-coronavirus, which infects pigs. The Pirbright Institute itself has clarified that its patent (n. 10130701) concerns “the development of a weakened form of the coronavirus that could potentially be used as a vaccine to prevent respiratory diseases in birds and other animals” and which currently has no dealing with human coronaviruses”.
Until proven otherwise, one can only believe this authoritative denial. But many areas of shadow remain precisely on this “track” on the probable origin of the virus.

GSK: A STORY OF SCANDALS AND JUDICIAL INQUIRIES
While Burroughs, Wellcome and Co.’s commercial corporate assets ended up in the hands of Glaxo Wellcome, which in 2000 took over the Anglo-American pharmaceutical company SmithKline Beecham for 76 billion dollars, after another merger, Glaxo SmithKline plc was born, the world’s leading vaccine company that is one of DARPA’s main partners in the field of the new branch on biology launched by the Pentagon agency in 2014.

In February 1991 the President of the “Smith Kline Beecham” (producer of the Engerix B vaccine) allegedly paid 600 million old lira for his admission, to the then Minister of Health the little Hon. PARTNERSHIPS BETWEEN GLAXO & PENTAGON

Another exemplary partnership is the “Machine Learning for Pharmaceutical Discovery and Synthesis Consortium” that was established by the MIT Make-It research team. The consortium already has 13 members from companies such as Merck, Pfizer, Bayer, and GlaxoSmithKline that are using the MIT Make-It software tools, that guide the synthesis of new molecules and providing feedback to MIT to improve performance.
AUSTRALIA AND GLAXO IN SEARCH OF THE VACCINE
In the meantime, today the challenge is growing worldwide to find the cure for CoronaVirus which in China has already killed 425, more than Sars’ 299 in 2003, and over 20 thousand infected people who have grown at a dizzying rate in the last few days with infections between people of Asian genotype in Italy (2), the USA (11) in Thailand (5), Australia (2), Japan and Vietnam (1 each) and one death in the Philippines and Hong Kong.
Thailand would have identified a curative drug capable of acting in just 48 hours by developing an antimalarial medicine together with one against HIV. A similar solution would have been identified in the last few hours by the Chinese researchers in Wuhan themselves.
While the University of Queensland (UQ) announced on Friday that it had been asked to develop a vaccine for the recent Chinese coronavirus outbreak, using the rapid response technology recently developed by the university.
«In a statement, the university announced it had received a request to develop a vaccine from the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI), which describes itself as “an innovative partnership between public, private, philanthropic, and civil organizations” which seeks to develop vaccines to protect the world against outbreaks. Head of the university’s School of Chemistry and Molecular Biosciences, Professor Paul Young, said in a statement that UQ has novel technology for the rapid development of vaccines, which could provide a vaccine within six months» reported Business Insider.
But in the research field, of course, the contribution of the world leader on vaccines could not be missing.
«British drugmaker GlaxoSmithKline Plc is collaborating with the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations (CEPI) to contribute towards the effort of developing a vaccine for the coronavirus outbreak, GSK and CEPI said on Monday. GSK will make its “adjuvant platform technology” available for developing a vaccine against the 2019-nCoV virus, according to the statement» wrote Reuters.
The use of adjuvant allows for the production of more vaccine doses and hence would increase availability to more people. GSK will engage with entities funded by the CEPI with the first of these agreements having been signed between the British drugmaker and Australia’s University of Queensland, the statement added» reads further in the agency report.
After the terror of the pandemic, the hope of the vaccine finally arrives: together with a colossal business for the first who will be able to develop it.
