Trump Bans Christians But not Jews born in “Terrorist” States

If Trump does not challenge mad man in Tel Aviv to abide by moral and political order, he will end up being a lame duck, just like his predecessors.

I have argued earlier that Trump’s “America First” is filled with contradictions largely because he is giving the Israeli regime a carte blanche to commit more terrorist crimes and grab Palestinian lands.

Trump’s recent move didn’t help his “America First” at all. He wants to ban Muslims coming to America, but there is just one big problem: Saudi Arabia, one of the major terrorist states in the Middle East, isn’t on the list. It gets worse. Take it from the Times of Israel:

“Controversial executive order will not be enforced against Jews born in 7 countries hit by entry bar. The US Embassy in Tel Aviv has clarified that President Donald Trump’s travel ban will largely not affect the tens of thousands of Israeli Jews born in Middle Eastern countries.

“‘If you have a currently valid US visa in your Israeli passport and were born in Iraq, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, or Yemen, and do not have a valid passport from one of these countries, your visa was not cancelled and remains valid,’ the statement said.”[1]

What kind of stupidity is that? Who do these people think we are? Do they mush-heads really think that this is a rational move? Don’t they know that this would create conflict among thinking people in the Middle East? Aren’t they implicitly saying that Israelis are above the law? This is not calculus or differential equations; we are dealing with common sense. And does the Trump administration mean to tell us that the Israelis have never been attacking America?

What we are seeing here again and again is that Trump is giving the Israeli regime a free pass. In fact, he has been repeating what Benjamin Netanyahu has been doing for years: threatening Iran for no serious reasons. If Trump does not challenge the mad man in Tel Aviv to abide by the moral and political order, he will end up being a lame duck, just like his predecessors.
