Γιατί δεν πρέπει να έχουμε το κρέας ως βασική μας τροφή

1. Το μεγάλο μήκος του πεπτικού μας σωλήνα δεν προορίζεται για κρέας, οπότε, όταν το τρώμε, δημιουργούνται σηψιγόνα υπολείμματα. Δηλαδή, το κρέας το κρέας αρχίζει να σαπίζει μέσα στο έντερο μας, και σε ολόκληρο το σώμα μας κυκλοφορούν τοξίνες. Αυτό οδηγεί σε κόπωση, πρόωρη γήρανση και τελικά ασθένειες.

2. Το κρέας περιέχει πολλές τοξίνες. Είναι ένας ζωικός μυς, και ο μυς περιέχει ουρικό οξύ, ένα υποπροϊόν του μεταβολισμού των μυών.
3. Περίπου τριάντα οκτώ χημικές ουσίες προστίθενται στο κρέας για να βελτιώσουν την εμφάνιση και την οσμή του. Μερικές από αυτές τις χημικές ουσίες προκαλούν εθισμό στο κρέας. Πρέπει να θυμάστε ότι το κρέας είναι σάρκα που αποσυντίθεται, και, χωρίς τα επιπρόσθετα χημικά που περιέχει, η δυσοσμία του θα ήταν τόσο έντονη, που κανείς δεν θα το αγόραζε. Καταλήγουμε λοιπόν να τρώμε ένα σάπιο πτώμα, συν τα …..επικίνδυνα χημικά. Αναρωτιέστε γιατί ο καρκίνος θερίζει όλο και περισσότερους ανθρώπους στο άνθος της ηλικίας τους;
4. Ισχυρά φάρμακα, όπως το αρσενικό, η πενικιλίνη, και ισχυρά αντιβιοτικά δίδονται στα ζώα με την τροφή τους και εναποτίθενται στους μυς. Εμείς καταναλώνουμε αυτά τα φάρμακα όταν τρώμε κρέας. Η στιλβεστρόλη έχει αποδειχθεί ότι προκαλεί καρκίνο, καρδιακή ανεπάρκεια και μειωμένο λίμπιντο στους άντρες.
5. Το κρέας περιέχει υψηλό ποσοστό εντομοκτόνων από τους ψεκασμούς των ζωοτροφών.
6. Τα ζώα συχνά μεταφέρουν ασθένειες οι οποίες μπορεί να μεταδοθούν σε εμάς όταν καταναλώσουμε κρέας. Τα ζώα που εκτρέφονται σε φάρμες κολλάνε έναν ασυνήθιστα μεγάλο αριθμό ασθενειών οι οποίες οφείλονται στο συνωστισμό και στο αγχογόνο περιβάλλον. Για παράδειγμα υπάρχουν τουλάχιστον 26 ασθένειες που μπορούμε να κολλήσουμε από τα πουλερικά. Επίσης το κρέας συχνά περιέχει σκουλήκια ακόμα και κακοήθης όγκους. Το μαγείρεμα δεν καταστρέφει πάντα τα σκουλήκια και, ακόμα και όταν απομακρυνθούν οι όγκοι, ο καρκίνος παραμένει στον οργανισμό του ζώου.
7. Το κρέας δεν κατατάσσετε στην κατηγορία των εξαιρετικά θρεπτικών τροφών. Παρουσιάζει θρεπτική αστάθεια, μιας και περιέχει υπερβολική πρωτεΐνη, αλλά σχεδόν καθόλου σύνθετους υδατάνθρακες., ίνες ή ασβέστιο, και λείπουν και πολλές βιταμίνες. Επειδή η τροφή προέρχεται από λαχανικά και δημητριακά, όταν τρώμε το κρέας τους λαμβάνουμε είδη χρησιμοποιημένα θρεπτικά συστατικά. Αυτά τα συστατικά είναι χαμηλότερης ποιότητας και αποτελούν έναν πιο ακριβό τρόπο εξασφάλισης της θρέψης μας.
8. Πολλές ερευνητικές εργασίες έχουν επιβεβαιώσει ότι σε περιπτώσεις που αφαιρέθηκε το κρέας από τη διατροφή για ένα χρόνο το σώμα αύξησε την πρόσληψη οξυγόνου κατά 38% και την κυκλοφορία του αίματος κατά 50%. Οι κορυφαίοι αθλητές τώρα αποφεύγουν το κρέας ειδικά όταν κάνουν εντατική προπόνηση. Ένα επιπλέον όφελος που θα έχετε αν κόψετε το κρέας είναι ότι θα γίνετε λεπτότεροι. Μια ομάδα 116 χορτοφάγων ζύγιζε κατά μέσο όρο 15 κιλά λιγότερο από ότι μια ομάδα κρεατοφάγων με την οποία συγκρίθηκε. Αυτό συμβαίνει επειδή τα λαχανικά είναι πιο θρεπτικά και χορταστικά, οπότε τρώμε λιγότερο.
9. Η υπερβολική κατανάλωση κρέατος έχει αποδειχθεί ότι μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε διανοητική και συναισθηματική ανισορροπία. Αυτό οφείλεται στο ότι το κρέας περιέχει αδρεναλίνη (ορμόνη του άγχους), τοξίνες χημικές ουσίες και εντομοκτόνα – τα οποία επιδρούν αρνητικά στον εγκέφαλο μας.
